I have a small consultancy cooperative through which I engage in dialogue consultancy, among which I coach dialogic methods of interaction and facilitate dialogues. Dialogue methods can be used as a tool for example in leadership and management, organisational change and transformation, organisational communication, human resource management, strategy making and implementation, innovation, and network management. Above all, dialogue enables challenging existing solutions, producing shared purpose of action, and creating commitment towards better performance – performance with impact.
